Outreach Stories (coming soon...)

Mission of Forever Carried by Grace exists to carry Christ’s love into hard places. With each care bag, prayer, and act of kindness, we share the message that grace is still at work and hope is never out of reach.

Each care bag is thoughtfully prepared to support spiritual, essential, and nutritional needs. We carefully select items that offer comfort, encouragement, and practical help, so every bag feels personal and meaningful for the person receiving it. The contents may vary based on the specific outreach or event, but every bag is designed to remind each recipient that they are seen, cared for, and supported by a loving community

When you choose to give, your contribution goes directly toward preparing and distributing care bags for individuals and families walking through grief and hardship. Each gift helps us purchase thoughtful items, materials, and resources that bring comfort, encouragement, and a tangible reminder of God’s love. Your support also makes it possible to organize, assemble, and deliver these bags into the hands of those who need them most. Community support is absolutely critical—every donation, no matter the size, becomes part of fulfilling this mission to carry the hope of Jesus into people’s lives
